Service Scope & Limitations
- Coverage: up to 25 devices (laptops, desktops, printers & network gear) at your office (onsite) plus remote users.
- Hours credit: billed in 15-minute increments; onsite visits have a 1-hour minimum.
- Validity: credits are valid for 12 months from invoice date; unused hours expire.
- Service window: Support requests are accepted and scheduled Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm AWST. Work is by appointment; same-day onsite is subject to availability (book before 10 am where possible). After-hours requests are billed at 1.5× hours.
- Travel: no call-out within 15 km of Perth CBD; beyond that, travel time is deducted from hours.
- Included: troubleshooting, user support, preventative maintenance, patching, minor hardware installs, and vendor liaison.
- Excluded: hardware/software purchases, major projects (>4 continuous hours on a single initiative), website/app development, and formal staff training.
- Liability cap: limited to the value of remaining unused hours.
- No-fix-no-fee: applies only to stand-alone ad-hoc jobs; time from pre-paid packs is always billable.
- Top-ups: purchase additional blocks anytime at the same effective rate as the original pack.
- GST: all pricing above is GST-inclusive; ex-GST amounts are provided for invoicing clarity.
