Tech Support That Puts You Back in Control
Technology should work for you — not the other way around.
With 29 years in tech — much of it as a Linux engineer — I’ve learned that the best solutions are clear, honest, and built around people.
I started PcRiot after seeing too many people left confused and frustrated by technology they didn’t understand, didn’t need, and often never asked for. I wanted to offer something better — honest, straightforward support that puts people back in control of their tech, not overwhelmed by it.
That might mean fixing a slow laptop, sorting out a dodgy Wi-Fi connection, resolving email issues, or getting a stubborn printer to cooperate — but more often, it’s about helping people make informed choices, avoid expensive traps, and actually understand the tech they rely on every day.
My Mission
More Than Just Fixing Tech
Yes, I fix computers, printers, and email — but that’s only part of the job.
I also:
- Safeguard you against scams and online threats
- Simplify device setups and backup settings
- Eliminate unnecessary subscription charges
- Provide patient, jargon-free help for all skill levels
- Offer advice that saves time, reduces stress, and cuts costs
Real Savings, Real Results
Over $10.9 million in future costs prevented — and counting.
I’ve saved my customers thousands by catching quietly recurring charges, useless subscriptions, or tech they didn’t realise they were paying for. It’s not just about fixing a problem — it’s about making your technology smarter, leaner, and safer.
